I've tried all of Bee K'onscious Honeys and could not wait to get this one in hand once it became available. If I had been blindfolded when I tasted this one, I'm sure I would have said "Lavender!". Not that it is overpowering, because it isn't. It just has a subtle flavor that will remind you of lavender (They say that a big part of taste is your sense of smell!). It's hard to pick a favorite, but this one is right up there!
